I am in this business to help people, and, as I tell my clients, I work for them and not the other way around. I work primarily with residential real estate and have experience with both regular transactions as well as short sales (pre foreclosures) and I have worked in neighborhoods all over Denver and the surrounding areas. I really go that extra mile for my clients. You will not find an agent who will work harder than I do for you, whether you are the Buyer or the Seller. I also have established great contacts over the years for various needs such as staging and inspecting. I believe real estate is a team effort and you are only as strong as your weakest member. I like to put together a strong team and give it my all.

On a personal note, I have loved homes from an early age. My mom would get me excused from classes in elementary school to go tour homes that she knew I wanted to see. My family moved to Cherry Hills Village back in the 80's. I graduated from Kent Denver High School in 1985 and I got my undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Virginia in 1990. I currently live in Denver and have worked with Preferred Properties throughout all of the years of my real estate career. I am single so I am able to devote a lot of time to my clients-no spouse or children to work around which makes me very flexible timewise. I have travelled extensively and climbed Macchu Picchu and Kilimanjaro, but Denver is home. I love living in Denver and being so close to the mountains. I am also an avid Bronco fan which means I am a very hopeful person!
