Carolyn Dooling - Broker Associate

I have lived in Denver for 15 years and have been working in the real estate industry since moving here from the East Coast. I spent years practicing as an Urban Planner. It was as a Planner that I first began cultivating my love of places and discovering all the diverse neighborhoods of Denver. I have also spent years working in real estate marketing, helping my homebuilder and developer clients with branding, marketing, and website design and development. Obtaining my real estate broker’s license was a natural progression, as it is a career that utilizes my passions and talents – my knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and working closely with people. I also have extensive knowledge of homebuilding, home systems and design, as I have remodeled and built spec homes in various Denver neighborhoods.

I have a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado. I currently live in Stapleton with my husband and two kids.
